Terms & Conditions


The general terms and conditions (T&Cs) are governing the purchasing relations between the user of this site, hereinafter named “You”, “Your” and, hereinafter named as “We”, “e-Shop” or “Nature Bio Products Eshop” – the company address is in Gregori Afxentiou 36B, 2660, Nicosia, Cyprus, Registration number/VAT number 00847924H. These T&Cs aim into protecting your rights as valued customer as well as the rights of N. B. P Eshop (Nature Bio Products Eshop). By submitting your order, you come to binding contractual obligations with the e-Shop and accept the terms and conditions stipulated below.



On-line order processing consists of 6 easy steps. Once you have added desired products to “Shopping Cart”, choose if you have a Discount Coupon Code or Gift Voucher you want to use or to estimate your delivery cost, then you can click “Checkout” button and follow the steps as below:

  • Step 1: Checkout Options, Login or Register an account if you’re a new customer,
  • Step 2: Account & Billing Details, Verify the billing information of your account,
  • Step 3: Deliver Details, Select or add new delivery address,
  • Step 4: Delivery Method, Select the preferred shipping method,
  • Step 5: Payment Method, Select payment method and add comments about your order needs, ,
  • Step 6: Confirm Order, Verify and confirm the order, complete the payment authorization.

As a result, the purchasing part of the order is completed.

After receiving your order we will process it and send you a written confirmation of the order acceptance to the e-mail address you have provided in your order form.


The confirmation will include the following information:

  • Link to view the Order in your account
  • Order ID
  • Date the order made
  • Payment Method
  • Shipping Method
  • Details of the Buyer (e-mail, telephone and ip address)
  • Payment and Shipping Address of the Buyer
  • Details of the Ordered Products (Product Name, Product Code and Quantity)
  • Charges of the Ordered Products (Price, Delivery, Coupon, Gift Voucher and Taxes)
  • Total Value of the Order


Payment Method Explanation

In case you pay via “Paypal” or “Bank Transfer”, the delivery agreement of the products order is considered as “Complete”. At that time total amount of the ordered goods will be charged to your bank account.

In case you request to pay with “Cash on Delivery”, the delivery agreement of the products order is considered as “Processing”. At that time you have to wait for a phone call from our messenger, so to arrange day and time to receive your order, when meet, total amount of the ordered goods should be payed with Cash ( cheques are NOT accepted) and after this process done the order will be considered as “Completed”.


Products availability

The availiable products are viewed on electronic shop in categories or/and as featured, as latest, some in the slideshow etc.

It might not be possible for us to deliver products to some locations and the selection of products available for sale may differ from country to country. Please select correct country of Delivery or login at the beginning of each shopping session in order to avoid any confusion. The final verification of the goods availability and delivery options to a certain country is done in step “Order Confirmation” during the order checkout process.

We reserve the right to cancel or change, some products or all of the order if:

  • we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered and not alternative product exist;
  • we do not deliver to your area; or
  • one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price, high or low price, due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers, many products prices are changing according to sales requests, some are getting cheaper other more expensive, in case the price of a product you order is more than 2 euros we will inform you and request your permission if want to proceed.

If we do cancel your order we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days maximum of your order.

Products Not Available (Not in stock)

If we remove specific products from your order that means that are not available and we will notify you by e-mail and you can replace with other products available or re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us or from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event in no more than 10 days of your order.

Products Information 

Nature Bio Products Eshop takes great care when putting information on-line with respect to the essential characteristics of the products, notably with respect to the Health Benefits, Possible allergies, Instructions for Use, Storage Instructions and Country of Origin and the photographs illustrating the products, emanating from as reliable as possible internet resources, from our partners and suppliers. However, Nature Bio Products Eshop does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of the electronic shop is 100% accurate, complete or error-free, you should also make your own research on a product you might not like or you’re allergic to or want to learn more how to cook it better etc. If needed, comments from our customers for fixing products information it will always be considerable.  


Sales prices

The prices indicated on can be viewed in Euros, Pounds and Dollars, it include Cyprus VAT with current rate of 5% foods taxes, but do not include delivery charge. The actual delivery costs will be shown in the order during checkout and invoiced in addition to the price of the products. Orders delivered outside of the European Union or the European Economic Area may be additionally subject to customs duties and charges in the country of import. These duties and charges are the customer's responsibility.

No VAT will be charged to Customers from outside of the European Union or the European Economic Area ordering the delivery of the products outside of the European Union or the European Economic Area. The European customers registered for VAT purposes and whose purchases qualify as intra-Community acquisition may be entitled for zero VAT rate. This kind of transaction is available only for registered customers and subject to verification by our customer service. Nature Bio Products Eshop reserves the right to modify the prices at our discretion for any products before you place and complete your order.

Special price and various discounts or gifts (such as in Coupons Codes, Discounts, SALE, Gift Vouchers etc) may be applicable from time to time for deliveries to some or all countries. The information about such programs is available on instantly.

All prices on this web site and any discounts are applicable only to online purchases made through this e-shop.


Pricing policy

The prices on the website are adapted for Cyprus market. The products in that case would be shipped from companies warehouses located in Cyprus, Nicosia. The delivery charge is included in the order expect in cases out of Europe where the cost is set by courier services we use depending on the size, volume and destination of the package.


Payment methods

  • There are three payment options that you have to chose one:
  • Take advantage of the Web Banking that many banks offer today and deposit to our account the amount of your order.
  • Visit your Bank and request to transfer the payment to our account having noted the details given above.
  • Visit or make a registration for account (if you don’t have one) and follow the Bank Transfer procedure from there. It usually takes 3-4 business days for the payment to be made in that option.

Please note that if you choose Bank Transfer method your order should be processed after the transfer is cleared.



Currently the e-Shop organizes the deliveries to 47 countries of Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Delivery charges will be indicated separately in your order and vary by country of destination, value of the order and weight of the shipment.

All delivery times are estimations only and indicated in days. Once your order has been shipped it takes usually approx. 2-4 working days to arrive at the destination address using only EMS / Datapost, for cheaper posts S.A.L is used but the delivery time is approx. 7 - 30 working days. 

The goods will be delivered to the address you give us or to the closest post office and you will be notified to go and pick up your order. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted and all the products are ready in any event within 10 days max. of your order.

Please note that orders delivered outside of the European Union or the European Economic Area may be subject to customs duties and charges in the country of import. These duties and charges are your responsibility.

Nature Bio Products Eshop offers a complete track and trace service for all your orders made with Couriers.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with your order number. Your order will be shipped with one of the four couriers we currently use depending on delivery destination and stock location. Mixed Goods

If you have been sent the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange for the unit to be exchanged prior to your returning the product. We will also refund in money, credit note, or in goods (at our discretion) the cost of shipping.

Mixed goods must be reported within 1 day from the date you receive it.

 <<Goods Damaged during delivery>>

If your item arrives damaged, you are required to contact us immediately with details of the damage. You must retain the envelope and any packaging in order for a claim to be made to the courier for damaging your item in transit. Without all packaging material, you will not be entitled to a damaged goods exchange.

Damaged goods must be reported within the same day.


Cancelation Rights

You can cancel your order within 2 days after the order is made and return your order within 1 day after the ordered products were delivered to you, but , by that time you have to follow A & B guidelines, if not, cancellation or return are not accepted.

  1. When you receive the products order, you should check the following:
  1. All products to be in excellent condition,
  2. Expired Dates,
  3. And that all the products in the order are the right products and quantity.

If one of the above is not right we proceed for Replacement of the products.

  1. You cannot cancel or return the products ordered if the goods you have ordered are:
  • open and you did not like the taste,
  • if you order a product by personal mistake (the order is clear and you have to be sure what your order includes),
  • if you want to change one product you bought with other (this is mostly for products safety reasons),
  • any perishables goods or goods that by reason of their nature cannot be returned.


We will provide you with a replacement for the same product to be sent to you. No additional chargers will be taken for replacement and delivery back to you. The cost of returning the goods will be refunded.

How to cancel my order?

To cancel your order, should be in less than 48 hours or because we late to deliver you the products to more than 10 working days without informing you the reason, in that case please Contact Us by completing the Contact Form and make an enquiry that you wish to cancel your order. Please state your order number. Usually products not in stock are not shipped and the cost of the product is returned to your bank account or cut from the total amount of order you have to pay in cash.

During cancelation you have to take reasonable care of the product. The goods, original package, and other packaging arrangement have to be undamaged and returned with the product.


How to return the goods?

If you cancel the order, you will be under an obligation to return the received goods and pay for the cost of doing so. Any payments, postage charges for returning the goods are not refundable.


When you receive the products order, you should check the following:

  1. All products to be in excellent condition,
  2. Expired Dates,
  3. And that all the products in the order are the right products and quantity.

Upon receipt of the notification of return, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the products depending on the case.



Upon the receipt of the goods back in the condition they were in when delivered to you, we will refund the full amount of the order within 30 days maximum from the receipt of goods. The cost of returning the goods is non-refundable.

If you do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.

All refunds would be made back to the account from where we have received the money from.


What if I purchased my product not from ?

If the product was purchased not from but are in our sales products, then the customer has to contact the point of purchase. We do not replace neither accept complains for products of the companies we promote that were not purchased from us.



If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing of the problem within the time limits specified above.

If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing at our contact address of the problem within 40 days of the date on which you ordered the goods.

Save as precluded by law, Nature Bio Products Eshop will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.

You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site. The importation or exportation of certain of our goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.


Events beyond our control

Nature Bio Products Eshop shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
